    Pacific Hydro required  a system that could manage information for comprehensive regulatory compliance frameworks related to Essential Services Commission and Electrical Instruments.  The system also needed to cover risk and incident management as and when required.

    We implemented a comprehensive solution, including onsite system setup and training.  Detailed compliance obligations were mapped and migrated seamlessly from spreadsheets into the application.  Workflow notifications were tailored to closely follow the business process and paper trail.
