    As part of its commitment to effective risk management City of Stonnington needed an information system to capture and report risk, control and incident related data. The system had to be very user friendly to enable an enterprise rollout to staff.

We tailored instruction manuals and other guides to reflect City of Stonnington business processes and terminology. We also implemented enterprise capture screens to enable any staff member to record risks and incidents.

    The system has improved enterprise risk management processes and as a result better decision making information is evolving from the system as more educated users come on board. Information that was previously stored in disparate locations is now centrally controlled and much easier to access and work with.
