    Golder Associates required a risk management system that was simple to operate, reasonably priced and possessed scalability options for a worldwide rollout via the Global Corporate Network.  It also needed to be able to handle project risk management.

    We implemented a comprehensive solution including onsite configuration and training for key stakeholders.  We also provided enterprise risk recording facilities for any member of staff to log risk issues.

    Ease of use has been a major factor in being able to roll the software out to international users.  Projects can be well defined within the system and project risks closely monitored and followed up on.
