Can I transfer existing data into Risk Wizard?
Yes. We transfer data from Excel or an existing system into Risk Wizard so you're ready to begin once users are trained.
How long does it take to setup and get started?
Normally it's a matter of hours/days, not weeks or months.
Who hosts the software and where?
We host Risk Wizard at Amazon Web Services local data centre facilities, for example, Sydney for Australia/New Zealand or Dublin for Europe. Alternatively, customers can self-host.
What does the free trial involve?
We demonstrate the software so you know how to 'drive' it. After this we provide cloud access to the trial site. Then you can try out the software using your data or ours.
How does software licencing work and what's included?
We licence product and user access. The licence includes ongoing software maintenance (updates/upgrades) and support (technical/user).
